DEMARTIN electroless nickel diamond DIADEM®
Dispersion coatings with diamond inclusions serve as extremely high-quality wear protection coatings and improve their tribological properties.
Dispersion coatings with diamond inclusions are used as extremely high-quality wear protection coatings and to improve their tribological properties. They are characterised by the following interesting properties:
high matrix hardness of around 1,200 HV, excellent thermal conductivity, phosphorus content of 9%, diamond content of up to 40% by volume, low coefficient of friction and resistance to chemical stress.
