CERODEM® DLC Race
Combination of high wear resistance with low friction and high load-bearing capacity
Diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings are very well suited to the toughest wear conditions and high sliding speeds - even without conventional lubrication. Friction losses are minimised, making them the ideal coating for highly stressed components of all kinds.
A substructure with a PVD layer provides additional resistance to various wear mechanisms. Many applications utilise the excellent sliding properties under multi-layered loads, from automobiles to racing applications.
